    • Withdrawal less than 5 days before the first group session: $1,400 (full fee)
  • Medicare rebates:
    • If your child is eligible under the Better Access initiative, please bring a valid referral (MHTP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician referral) to the first appointment for the full rebate of $499.40. Families are responsible for ensuring referral validity and may wish to provide their doctor with the Medicare information sheet.
    • After full program payment and attendance, rebates reduce the final cost to $900 out of pocket. Medicare rebates can be self-claimed via myGov.
    • A written update will be provided to your child’s referrer following attendance.
  • Private Health:
    • Rebates may be available depending on your cover (codes: Y100 – Individual assessment x1; Y400 – Group treatment x6; Y200 – Individual session x1). No referral is required.
    • Receipts will be issued at session 6 and at the follow-up session, as they can only be processed once your child has attended the sessions listed.
